Feeling blessed to celebrate and to share yet another important
milestone on this heart journey, alongside some exceptional scholars
and healing artists that I am fortunate enough to have crossed paths with, and to have learned from in my time at LMU. Special thanks to
the forever inspirational Dr. Larry Payne @larrypayneyoga for sharing all of his sage encouragement and world-class teachings. Special thanks to his wonderful team of dedicated professors- who (from the very beginning) poured all of their compassionate wisdom, experiences, truths and heartfelt care into teaching us Yoga Therapy; so that we may know how to listen deeply, take good care of ourselves, have a strong foundation as educators, and help guide others step into their best quality of life and well-being too. This integrative learning experience, paired with my lived experiences- has given me the affirmation of a lifetime, with enough gratitude to keep fueling my heart's true calling as I continue to grow, heal, and create in this world.
